Custom Strength Coaching
Want to learn Olympic Lifting on your own time? There’s no better way to get started than to have dedicated attention from one-to-one lessons with Nicole. Got a buddy that wants to train with you? Great. Double-up and three-to-one sessions give you a workout partner for accountability and a coach for guidance, while you share the cost with friends. Please contact Nicole to arrange.

Online coaching is available for athletes who can’t attend in-person training sessions, but still want the guidance and feedback from an experienced coach. We guide you through an online assessment, and then provide you with a program to get you started. During your workout, record your training and send the videos in. You’ll get detailed feedback on your lifts and advice on how to make corrections. We combine this with ongoing communication and regular feedback forms to ensure you perform your best.
